The International Training College has a number of courses available for beginner, intermediate and advanced Mauy Thai practitioners that are eligible for student visa's. This includes Mauy Thai. Fitness Kickboxercise (Muay-Thai) is different from karate or aerobics. It combines martial arts, aerobics, and music for a workout that never gets boring. It’s also easy to learn. The step-by-step training provided in fitness Kickboxercise will give you the necessary tools to develop strength, speed, power, flexibility and endurance.
The versatile Fitness Kickboxercise classes presented at your club are holistic, cross-training workouts. All the exercises are natural and safe.
Fitness Kickboxercise (Muay-Thai) is popular because not only does it improve your cardiovascular conditioning and help you to lose body fat, it increases your self-confidence. Learning a variety of punches, kicks, strikes and defensive techniques helps you feel more comfortable in case you are required to handle yourself in a self-defence situation. But keep in mind that Fitness Kickboxercise (Muay-Thai) is a fitness activity, not a self-defence program. Although you will learn martial arts techniques, they will not transform you into Jackie Chan. Do not confuse Fitness Kickboxercise with self-defence training.
