Step 1.
Choose the course you wish to enrol into. Please note that there are pre-requisites for most courses. Complete and send in the Course Registration Form - available from our website or contact our office on +61 7 5526 4500.
Step 2.
We will contact you if any further information is required. If no further information is required we will forward you a Letter of Offer. Please check your Assessment Level, which is located on Form 1219i, on the following web address:

If your Assessment Level is 1-2 please go on to Step 3.
If your Assessment Level is 3-5 you MUST complete an English language test, this is called an IELTS test.
Please refer to the IELTS website www.ielts.org for details on where your closest IELTS centre is located. You will need to apply for your Student Visa (sub-class 572) as soon as you have your IELTS results. You can commence the visa application process with your Letter of Offer.
Step 3.
If your Assessment Level is 1-2 complete the Letter of Offer Response Form and return it to us with your enrolment fee of $200.00 plus 1/3 deposit of your full course fee and OSHC (if required) along with the documentation listed on your Letter of Offer eg Passport, Visa, English Proficiency Certificate etc.
If your Assessment Level is 3-5 please wait until you receive your visa advice from the Australian Government and you are told to proceed with your enrolment. Once you have received this advice please complete the Letter of Offer Response Form and return it to us with your enrolment fee of $200.00.
Step 4.
When we receive your signed Letter of Offer Response Form, enrolment fee and documentation we will forward you a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) so that Assessment Level 1-2 applicants can apply for their Student Visa and Assessment Level 3-5 applicants can finalise their Student Visa process.
Step 5.
You arrive in Australia where you are required to pay the remainder of your course fee or if you choose to use the Payment Plan you must complete a direct debit form to set up monthly re-payments. If you choose the 2nd option there is an extra $50 charge and you will require an Australian bank account or credit card to do this.
