The International Training College would like to express its most heart felt sorrow and regret for the family and friends of one of our sport and recreation students, Christian Konig. Christian was involved in an accident involving a Prime mover Truck, as he was about to arrive at work on the morning of Tuesday the 13th of October.

Christians’ Muay Thai Instructor, Geordie Lavers-McBain said that he was the most dedicated student who trained at the gym. Christian would often stay behind for extra training and even attend extra sessions. He was known to be especially helpful to any other participants’ whether it was by holding pads for them or driving them to and from training. His constant happiness and enthusiasm will be greatly missed.

A close friend and Yoga Instructor Nubia Morais said that he was always fun, full of happiness and would bring energy to the people around him, a gift that is often hard to find. It is rare to find somebody with the same dedication and discipline that Christian had she says.

At this point in time it is not certain what type of memorial service will be held but will be posted when information is available.
